Take moong and atta add 1 tsp ghee, coriander and salt...

Now mix everthing well and start kneading the dough..you will need very little water as ghee and moong are sufficient to make a dough.

Heat tawa on sim

Meanwhile make a big size base...and cut it into mini pranthas using a lid of any bottle or cookie cutter.

Now make these mini pranthas using desi ghee..

Decorate pranthas with jam or cheese as it attracts babies.
