Soak the bread in yoghurt, mixing with a fork until it is completely fine

Add the mustard and garlic and mix through. Place the mince and feta in a big mixing bowl, add the bread mixture and mix with a fork. Season to taste. Be careful not to overmix the mince

Shape the mince mixture into 6 palmsize patties. Refrigerate for 10 minutes

Heat 15ml olive oil in a frying pan and fry 3 of the patties for 7 minutes on both sides until golden and cooked through. Repeat with the rest of the patties
