  • 6Sausage
  • 3Chilli - chopped
  • 1 tspCayenne powder
  • 1 tspBlack pepper powder
  • 6 tbspSweet soysauce
  • 4 tbspMargarine

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Mix chopped chilli, cayenne powder, black pepper powder and sweet soy sauce. put aside.

  2. 2

    Spread margarine on to the sausages

  3. 3

    Grill it until half cooked

  4. 4

    Dip the half cooked sausage into the soy sauce mixture

  5. 5

    Grill it again until cooked
