Ingredients

1 lbground beef
1 3/4 cupwater
2/3 cupBBQ sauce
1 tbspprepared mustard
2 tspdried minced onion
1/2 tsppepper
2 cupuncooked INSTANT rice
1 cupshredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cupchopped dill pickles
5 slicecooked bacon, crumbled

In large saucepan over medium heat, cook beef until no longer pink; drain.

Add water, BBQ sauce, mustard, onion, and pepper.

Bring to boil; stir in rice.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Reduce heat; cover and simmer 5 minutes.

Sprinkle with pickles and bacon.
