Grate the boiled potatoes in a bowl add soaked poha and rice flour into it and mix nicely with your hands.

Now take a slice of bread cut the edges and use the white portion of it.

Now take small pieces of bread and mix in potato mixture and keep aside.

Now make stuffing:

Take a pan heat oil add jeera crackel then add boiled peas and mix.

Now add 1 boiled potato for binding then add salt,red chilli powder,chat masala and mix well.

Now add kaju and kishmish and off the gas add chopped corinder leaves and mix keep aside for cooling.

Making of tikki:

Put some oil on hands rub take a piece from potato mixture and flat it and then add some stuffing and close it slowly so that tikki does not break,make all like that.

Now heat oil in a pan for frying tikki add one by one tikki and fry from both side till crisp.Make all like that

Platting: Now take a plate keep tikki and break from between add curd,green chutney,imli chutney,salt,jeera powder,chat masala on it.

Now garnish with sev, chopped onion and chopped coriander leaves

Add some pomegrante seeds and enjoy delicious shahi tikki
