Porriage beans with fried plantain
Steps

Boil beans for 30mins.wash and keep aside.

Place pot on fire allow it to fry.then add palmoil.

Bleach for 2mins.add sliced onion,Crayfish,pepper and fry for 1min.

Add water enough for the cooking and boil very well.

Pour in the beans stir to mix up the ingredients very well.

Add salt and maggi taste to confirm is it.ait.allow the food to boil and be checking if it needs more water.

If it does add more.allow it to dry then stir very well with a wooden spoon.

Boil for another 2mins and put off the heat.

Slice plantain and cut in cubes.add pinch of salt to taste.

Place frying pan on fire,add groundnut oil heat for few mins.

Onces is hot add the plantain fry till is done.
