Use pani se nikal kar ek bowl me rakh lo. Kadhai me thoda butter dalo usme 4 elaichi ka powder dalo.

Ginger garlic paste dalo, 4red tomato fine choped kar ke dalo. Use plate se dhak do.

5min me pak jayega use thanda hone do. Phir mixer me uska paste banao. Ek kadai me oil dalo, usme jeera, haldi, dhaniya powder, red mirch powder garam masala dal kar bhune. Phir tomato puree dale, thodi kasuri methi dal kar bhuna..

Ek cup malai dal kar masala bhune phir usme nutri dal kar bhune. Oil uper aane lagega.

Salt dal kar, pani dal kar boil karein. Gass sim karein. 5min baad gass off..

Uper se hara dhaniya aur pudina dal kar serve karein.
