3/4 cupplain flour
1/2 cupbrown sugar
600 gramscooking apples( peeled cored and sliced thinly)
1/4 cupdessicated coconut
1/3 cupwhite sugar
90 gramsbutter at room temp
1a dash of cake spice( optional)

put half the amt of white sugar with all the dry items.

add in the butter and mix them well until it is crumbly

in a microwavable shallow dish put in apples and sugar in alternating layers. sprinkle the cake spice over it

put in the microwave for 12min under medium low heat.

let cool for abt 3 mins.

serve with vanilla ice cream drizzled with chocolate fudge sauce and chopped nuts. enjoy..
