Ingredients

  1. 1big packet parley g biskit
  2. 2 tbspbutter
  3. 1/2 cupsugar powder
  4. 1/2 cupmilk
  5. 2 tbspcoco powder/or chocolate syrup
  6. 4 tbspGreated nariyal
  7. Foil paper/butter paper

Steps

  1. 1

    Parley biscuit ko tod kar mixi me grind kar le.

  2. 2

    Usme butter, coco powder, or sugar mix kar le, thodi c sugar 1 tblsp par thoda butter half tblsp bacha le.

  3. 3

    Ab milk dalte jaye or soft dough ready karein.

  4. 4

    Ab greated nariyal mein bacha hua butter or sugar add karein, acchi tarah se mix karein.

  5. 5

    Ab foil paper ya butter paper ko greese karein.

  6. 6

    Us par dough ko bele square shape mein.

  7. 7

    Na zyada patla or na zyada mota. Medium rahe.

  8. 8

    Ab iske upar nariyal ka better achi tarah felaye poore dough pe.

  9. 9

    Hatho se press karein.

  10. 10

    Or foil paper ke sath sath roll karte jaye.

  11. 11

    Jab poora roll ho jaye tb ise ese hi freezer mein rakh de 2 hrs ke liye set hone de.

  12. 12

    Ab nikale foil paper hataye or knife se pieces karein.

  13. 13

    Ready hai apki biscuit Swiss roll.
