Ingredients

25 minutes
2 servings
  • 4eggs
  • 1chopped onion
  • 3diced tomatoes
  • cooking oil
  • salt

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Place onions in a pan and add cooking oil.after a minute the beaten eggs and stir.

  2. 2

    When the eggs are cooked add tomatoes and stir. cover the pan for 3 minutes for tomatoes to soften.

  3. 3

    Stir as you crash tomatoes then add salt.

  4. 4

    Keep stirring and after 2 minutes turn off heat and serve.
