Steps

Discard seeds from chili pepper, and chop chili pepper, small onion, garlic clove and bell pepper.

Add oil in a pan with medium heat, than put small onion and red chili in, cook for a little while, than add chopped garlic cloves, mix all together and cook until their aroma all come out.

Add chopped yellow bell pepper in, and all other ingredients, bring to the boil, and then simmer for 15 to 20 minutes with low heat, and cool.

Mix the step 3 in a food processor or blender.

Put the hot sauce in a clean bottle, and keep it in the fridge. it can be kept for over 3 months.
