Steps

First prepare the veggies,the red capsicum, carrots and the onions

You can now break your 2 eggs(and put salt to taste) as you heat the pan

Fry the onions till translucent,then you can now add the veggies allow them to cook

On the other pan, add oil (allow it to heat) you can now add the eggs
- 5
When precooked, scoop the veggies with a spoon and arrange them in the middle of the,(of the egg) then fold the sides

Seal and turn the other side to allow it to cook
- 7
You can now serve your omelette with bread
