For jalebi,add the wisked curd little by little to the rava maida mix well. Cover and keep aside for 15 minutes.

For sugar syrup, take 11/2 cup sugar, 1cup water boil and bring to a sticky consistency. Add a1/2 tsp cardamom power and mix very well.

To prevent crytallization of sugar syrup. Squeeze a lemon into the syurp. Mix very well.

Continue boiling and check if it has reached sticky consistency,sugar syrup is ready.

To the batter,add 1/2 tsp baking powder combine well.prepared a plastic con,fill it with the batter. Make a small slit at the tip of the cone.

Heat oil in a pan. Start piping the batter in circles into this hot oil.till ther are golden colour both sides.

Transfer the sugar syrup and soak for about 30 minutes. Hot jalebi are ready. Serve hot or warm.
