Wheat flour me salt, ajwain, black pepper mix karein enough water daal kar dough ready karein.

Rest ke ley 1/2 hour dough ko rakhe.

Ab dough se Roti belkr namakpare ki shape me cut kar lein.

Kadai me oil Gram kar namakparo ko deep fry karein.

Note-namakparo ko one week tak kha saktein hai.
