When I found out I have been given a special talents which is cooking, I did not want to stop. Since day one I have been trying to make recipes easier to make and find ways to prepare them in the most basic manner. Usually paneer tikkas or cottage cheese tikkas are made in clay oven. Instant Paneer Tikka

Begin with cutting paneer or cottage cheese, onions and capsicums in cubes.

Mix all the above ingredients with paneer, onions and capsicums gently ensuring you do not end up breaking paneer pieces.

Keep the mixture in the refrigerator for marination for about 2 hours. (Tip: The longer the marination is kept, the tastier dish becomes)

Use toothpicks to pin onion, paneer, and capsicums pieces in a row.

Heat oil in a pan and place the tikkas. Stir fry them until they turn golden brown on each side.

Serve with mint mayonnaise and tomato sauce.
