Ingredients

20 mins
  1. 2 3/4 cupflour
  2. 1 tspbaking powder
  3. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  4. 1 cupbutter, softened
  5. 1 1/2 cupwhite sugar
  6. 1egg
  7. 1/2 tspvanilla

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. 2

    In small bowl mix flour, baking soda, and baking powder, set aside.

  3. 3

    In a large bowl cream together butter and sugar, then beat in egg and vanilla.

  4. 4

    Gradually dump dry ingredients into butter and sugar mix

  5. 5

    Fold, fold, fold!

  6. 6

    Roll in to tablespoon sized balls, and place on foiled cookie sheet

  7. 7

    Bake 8-10 mins in preheated oven

  8. 8

    Let cool and enjoy! (:
