Potato ko clean karke peal kar le or wedges cut karein

Ab ek bowl me potato wedges, olive oil,black pepper,garlic powder and salt ko achhi tarh mila kar baking tray par rakh de

Ab preheat oven me 180℃ par 25 minutes ke liye bake karein

25 minutes baad oven se nikal kar wedges ko palat de or dobara 20 minutes ke liye 180℃ par bake karein.

Ab creem cheese banate he uske liye 1 lr milk ko boil karein or boil hone ke baad usme 2 teaspoon lemon juice dal kar milk ko curdal (faad) le.

Milk curdal hone ke baad usko kapde me chaan kar mixi jar me dal kar remaining ingredientes dal kar 2 minutes tak chalaye. Homemade cream cheese is ready for serve.
