wash and cut the jalapenos, just cut the tail side cut the top veins with a knife then i used a bottom part of the spoon rotaring inside the jalapeno to extract the veins and seeds!

mix the cheese, hot sauce, oregano, salt and peper! then stuff the chiles with the mix!

in another shallow bowl lightly beat egg dip chiles in it! then coated with bread crumbs, put them on a plate, keep coating the rest, then go back to the first one dip in on egg again and put another coat of bread crumbs!

heat oil to aroud 325 in a medium sauce pan!

once is hot fry chiles in batches until golden brown or about 5 to 6 mins!

then dry them in a bunch of towels to take some grease off!

and they ready! i will suggest dip them with ranch! thats the best! please coment or something if i miss anything on the recipe! thanks! :)
