Cut Sholder into large chunks and put into Crockpot.

Add dried spices and rub all over the pork.

Add garlic and chopped onion.

Squeeze orange wedges over pork.

Cook in Crock Pot low for about 6 hours.

Remove orange wedges and drain most of the juice.

Shread the meat.

Serve with warm flour tortillas, cheese, lettuce etc.
