Boil potatoes

Peel and cut into half inch cubes

Finely chop onion, raddish and tomato

Roast sesame seeds and grind fine with Schechuan pepper

Mix everything

Season with mustard seeds, jeera and lemon juice

Add salt to taste.

Serve at room temperature
