Add 1 spoon ghee in 100 gm flour, mix it, add warm water and slowly mix it to make dough

In cooker, pour some water, add green pulse, add some salt, smashed green chili, other spices and cook it until 3 whistle

Cook flour dough in tandoor at slow pace flames until they get bit of red from outside,. Keep rolling them during this process. This is called bati

In another pan, add edible oil, add ghaniya, chilli powder, garlic paste. Pour cooked green pulse it and stir for 5 - 10 min

Break each Bati in 2-3 pieces, pour ghee on them, in bowl pour daal. Cut lemon Onion in another bowl with green chilli. Serve all these three items in a big plate
