Get your sufuria on heat

Add some cooking oil and let it heat

Add your onions, tomatoes and carrots then stir.cover the sufuria and cook for five minutes

Add 3 cups of water and let it boil

Add your well washed rice and add salt to taste the cover.cook for 20 minutes with less heat

Once ready serve with chicken curry
