Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 4medium Potato
  2. 1Onion
  3. 1Tomato
  4. HalfRaddish
  5. 2 tablespoonsesame seeds
  6. Salt, Jeera, Mustard
  7. Halfteaspoon schezwan pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil potatoes

  2. 2

    Peel and cut into half inch cubes

  3. 3

    Finely chop onion, raddish and tomato

  4. 4

    Roast sesame seeds and grind fine with Schechuan pepper

  5. 5

    Mix everything

  6. 6

    Season with mustard seeds, jeera and lemon juice

  7. 7

    Add salt to taste.

  8. 8

    Serve at room temperature
