SARDIN FILLINGS
12ready to use puff pastry
1/2 cupdice onion
1 tsppepper
1 tspfine chili powder
1 cupsardin in tomato sauce ( use only the sardin )

put 2tbsp of sardin mixture on to pastry dough then cover with another layer of pastry dough then seal it with a fork

baked at 180 C 15 to 20 minute till crispy ,badtingbwith some butter on the last few minutes ,cover with foil if it burn to quickly
