Ingredients

30 mins
4 servings
  • 2medium bananas, sliced
  • 4ripe peaches (or canned), halved, stoned & sliced into wedges
  • 100 gramsgluten-free / plain flour
  • 50 gramsdairy-free spread / butter (Vitalite, Stork block marg)
  • 6 tbspwater (or juice from the peaches can)
  • 50 gramslight brown soft sugar

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Preheat your oven to gas 5 / 190C / 375°F

  2. 2

    Put the peach and banana slices in the bottom of an overproof dish and add the water /juice

  3. 3

    Rub together the flour and butter with your fingertips until it resembles breadcrumbs

  4. 4

    Add the sugar and gently combine

  5. 5

    Spoon the crumble topping over the fruit and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden
