whisk together all ingredients but fish

place cod in plastic bag add half mixture

cook in saucepan other half of mixture over Med/low heat until thicken...turn off when done

in a 9x13 inch pan add olive oil then place marinated fish. cook in oven 400° 12-14 minutes

when fish is done serve with thicken sauce!
