Ingredients

  • 1big onion (chopped)
  • 1 packetbutton mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon or acc. To tastesalt
  • 1 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 1 teaspooncumin powder
  • 2 tbsp.Oil
  • 8 slicesbread
  • 1 cupwhite sauce
  • as neededProcessed cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat some oil and add onions. Sauté for 2 minutes.

  2. 2

    Add mushrooms and cook for 4-5 minutes.

    Add cumin powder, black pepper and salt.

    Add white sauce.

    Apply the mixture on bread and add some cheese.

    Grill them and cut in desired shape.
