  1. 1whole chicken
  2. 3 tbspolive oil
  3. 1/2 canroom temperature beer
  4. 1 tbspsalt
  5. 2 tbspchopped thyme leaves
  6. 1black pepper

    heat oven on 350ºF

  2. 2

    rub chicken with olive oil

  3. 3

    mix salt, , pepper and thyme and put it between the chicken meat snd skin

  4. 4

    set the chicken on the open beer can ad it is sitting on the can. legs and can will help to support the chicken and keep it stable.

  5. 5

    beer will make the chicken mest very juicy snd full of flavor

  6. 6

    when it's done cooking, carefully remove the chicken. liquid in the can is extremely hot!
