Ingredients

  • 1butternut squash
  • 3 tbspextra virgin olive oil
  • 1salt & pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    preheat oven to 400

  2. 2

    peel and cut squash in half length wise

  3. 3

    remove seeds

  4. 4

    cube squash into 1/2 in pieces

  5. 5

    mix squash, oil and generous about of salt and pepper in bowl

  6. 6

    place on cookie sheet

  7. 7

    bake for 25-30 mins

  8. 8

    half way through cooking time stir/flip squash on pan for even browning
