pancake mixture
1300 gramsflour
40 gramsBaking Powder
300 gramsSugar
1300 mlMilk
4 tbspSalt
2 dozenEggs
pancake Topping
1 ozBlue Berries

mix dry ingredients in large mixing bowl

mix milk and eggs

slowly add milk & eggs to dry mixture. mix until it is partially smooth and lumpy.

use an 6oz ladle to pour pancake mix onto flat top grill or into frying pan.
