Steps

Puree onions and tomatoes ginger & garlic separately.

Boild eggs remove the shell's. And prik them with fork rendamly.saute eggs in oil then until golden.

Add tomato onions puree. And saute until the sauce thickens.

Add salt, garam Masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder & meat Masala powder & curd.

Fry all until nice aroma comes by now the raw small should have gone away.

Add water as needed to make a gravy.cook until the gravy thikness and oil beings to seperate.

Add the Boli eggs.& cook covered for 2-3 min. sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.

Now ready to eat tasty and healthy egg curry.
