Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsBasmati Rice
  2. 1 kgchicken breast
  3. 1cksp canola oil
  4. 3knorr cube
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  7. 1 tbspoyster sauce
  8. 1tsbp Worcester sauce
  9. 2 tbspsesame oil
  10. 6fresh pepper 🌶
  11. 5fresh green Chilli pepper
  12. 1 tbspcrushed garlic and ginger
  13. 1 tbsplemon juice
  14. Dashoregano
  15. Dashbasil
  16. 5eggs
  17. Dashblack pepper

  1. 1

    Heat of pot with a lot of water once the water is boiling hot, add basmati rice and allow it cooked and once it's almost tender turn off heat wash rice and set aside

  2. 2

    Dice chicken breast, pepper and fresh green Chilli pepper and set it aside

  3. 3

    Heat up frying pan and once it's hot add oil and once the oil is hot add chicken and stir, 4 mins into stir frying the chicken add lemon juice and stir add ginger and garlic stir

  4. 4

    After 6mins add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, Worcester sauce, knorr cube, salt and stir

  5. 5

    Add pepper 🌶 and then add oregano and basil 🌿 stir and move the frying pan aside

  6. 6

    In another frying pan heat up little oil, break eggs in a bowl add black pepper and a dash of salt and whisk, stir the whisked eggs into the hot frying pan and scrambled once you are done set aside

  7. 7

    In a big pot add a quarter of the rice, add a quarter of the sauce and a quarter of the egg and stir everything together do the same process till you mix everything together

  8. 8

    Reduce heat and cover pot allow it cook for about 3 to 5 mins and turn off heat and serve
