Ingredients

  1. 1 bagof frozen berries from TJ
  2. 2 tbspxylitol or truvia
  3. 1 tbsptapioca flour or arrowroot powder
  4. 1 tbspvanilla extract
  5. 1 3/4 cupalmond meal
  6. 3 tbspcoconut oil
  7. 1/4 tspsalt

    Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. 2

    In large bowl mix the frozen berries of your choice with a tablespoon of tapioca flour (or arrowroot), 1 tablespoon of xylitol, and vanilla.

  3. 3

    Place fruit in pie dish.

  4. 4

    In another bowl mix together the almond meal, salt, remaining sweetener, and coconut oil. Mix together until coconut oil no longer in chunks and well incorporated in mixture.

  5. 5

    Spread mixture over berries evenly.

  6. 6

    Place dish in oven for about 45 minutes or until berries begin to boil.

  7. 7

    Let cool. Serve.
