Ingredients

  1. 1 cupButter
  2. 2 largeEggs
  3. 1 1/2 cupWhite Sugar
  4. 1 tspVanilla
  5. 1 tspBaking Powder
  6. 1 tspBaking Soda
  7. 1/2 tspSalt
  8. 2 1/2 cupWhite Flour
  9. Cookie Dough Balls
  10. 1/2 cupWhite Sugar
  11. 1/2 tspCinnamon

    The best SOFT Snickerdoodles!

  2. 2

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

  3. 3

    In a mixing bowl, beat sugar and butter together until fluffy. Add eggs and beat again until even more fluffy!

  4. 4

    Add the vanilla, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Beat together a quick 15 seconds.

  5. 5

    Add flour 1/2 cup at a time until combined.

  6. 6

    Mix together the 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon.

  7. 7

    Make 1" balls with the dough and roll in cinnamon mixture. Place on cookie sheet, don't crowd them...we all need our space...about 2" apart.

  8. 8

    Bake for 8 - 10 minutes. Cool on wire rack.

  9. 9

    Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
