over medium high heat add 2 tbsp of butter to pan melt and coat pan add hot & regular jimmy dean sausage to skillet and brown

add 4 tbsp of flour to the browned sausage next add milk to sausage and flour stir till thickened and to that add pepper and salt. Take off heat set aside.

remove biscuits from oven slice all 8 open add 2 opened biscuits to 4 plates pour sausage gravy over opened biscuits and spray Pam in a frying pan and make 8 sunny side up eggs add black pepper and serve 2 eggs side-by-side per plate.
