I wasn't going to share this one because my pictures uploaded blurry but this is too good not to share. This is so easy to make, it's quick and delicious. Even my kids, who don't enjoy sweet peas, request this about once a month. I like to remind everyone that I cook for a big family so recipe may need to be halved.

I made it because I had a lot of cabbage.Please separate the cabbage leaves from the hard part (core), and mince the latter so that it cooks faster.This time around, I used Kikkoman brand's mentsuyu (3x concentrate). Recipe by hitkat

Loving this simple side dish , It's a very common omelette in which usually serve with a plain Porridge on a very very hot summer days .

I was hungry last night, but didn't feel like eating rice. So I made this instead. My kids tried a bit and they loved it.

I usually bake plantain muffins and use as a pre-made breakfast, but since I couldn't find any plantains and we had eggs in our fridge, I decided to bake egg muffins with sweet potato instead. Enjoy these simple and sweet cups♡
