1 cupsugar
1egg
2 1/2 cupBanana
1 tspbaking soda
2 cupflour

Preheat over to 350

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg beat till mixture is light and fluffy

In a seperate bowl mash bananas and baking soda. Let stand 2 min. This allows the baking soda to react with the banana which will make your cookies rise.

Mix banana mixture with butter mixture. In a separate bowl mix flour salt and spices. Sift into butter mixture till just combined

Bake 11-13 mins or until golden brown
