this is something easy and simple that I put together to take to work tomorrow lunch

cut the onion the tomato's and the pepper (I use red )in small pieces

drain the water from the crab meat and add to the veggies

add the mayo the lemon juice salt and pepper and mix well

I had some crab and green onions I needed to use up so daughter made crab cakes as I made crab salad. I am a big vegetable eater, so I always try to think of new ways to serve vegetables. Maybe try some tomatoes in it too, I didn't because my daughter is allergic to tomatoes while I love them.

This is a basic recipe. Add spices as you wish. I like the sriracha for heat, but you could do green chilies, cayenne pepper, jalapeno, etc. or just do garlic & lemon juice. Lots of possibilities.
