Ingredients

  1. 1 cupFor lachha paratha. Maida -
  2. 5 tablespoonOil -
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. For masala bhindi
  5. 2 tablespoonOil or for fry
  6. 1/2 teaspoonJeera
  7. 1/2 teaspoonHaldi
  8. 1/2 teaspoonLal mirch powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoonAmchur powder
  10. 1/4 teaspoonGarammasala
  11. 1 teaspoonSaunf
  12. 1 teaspoonDry coriander powder
  13. Fresh coriander or green chilli as par taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix 2 tablespoons of oil and salt in maida

  2. 2

    Make a dough with help of water (like roti dough)

  3. 3

    Roll a very thin roti using rolling pin

  4. 4

    Cut the dough into slices like noodles, brush oil and combined all noodles

  5. 5

    Make a flat ball out of it and roll

  6. 6

    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil on the tava. Place the lachha paratha on it.

  7. 7

    Shallow fry both side until light brown in colour and crispy.

  8. 8

    Crush it a little bit by hand. Lachha Parathas are ready to serve

  9. 9

    Wash and cut bhindi.heat oil in a pan for deep-frying and fry all bhindi until bhindi cooked

  10. 10

    Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a pan add jeera, haldi,lal mirch powder and dry coriander powder saute few seconds and add fry bhindi

  11. 11

    Add all remaining ingredientes saute few minutes

  12. 12

    Now masala bhindi or lachha paratha ready for serve
