Mix 2 tablespoons of oil and salt in maida

Make a dough with help of water (like roti dough)

Roll a very thin roti using rolling pin

Cut the dough into slices like noodles, brush oil and combined all noodles

Make a flat ball out of it and roll

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil on the tava. Place the lachha paratha on it.

Shallow fry both side until light brown in colour and crispy.

Crush it a little bit by hand. Lachha Parathas are ready to serve

Wash and cut bhindi.heat oil in a pan for deep-frying and fry all bhindi until bhindi cooked

Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a pan add jeera, haldi,lal mirch powder and dry coriander powder saute few seconds and add fry bhindi

Add all remaining ingredientes saute few minutes

Now masala bhindi or lachha paratha ready for serve
