Separate the mint leaves, wash and dry. Cut them into small pieces.

Add the ingredients in a wide bowl, use only one teaspoon of oil here.

Knead it to a stiff dough.

Keep aside for ten minutes.

Take a ball of the dough, roll into a 5 inch diameter circle.

Smear a little oil and sprinkle a little flour. Fold into pleats and then make into a coil shape.

Now, again roll it into a circle.

Heat a skillet, put the rolled paratha on it and smear some oil on both sides. Roast until it is done.
