Mint paratha is a flavourful and healthy dish that can be packed in lunch box or served for breakfast. There is no need of any accompaniment, only curds or pickle will do.
Steps

Separate the mint leaves, wash and dry. Cut them into small pieces.

Add the ingredients in a wide bowl, use only one teaspoon of oil here.

Knead it to a stiff dough.

Keep aside for ten minutes.

Take a ball of the dough, roll into a 5 inch diameter circle.

Smear a little oil and sprinkle a little flour. Fold into pleats and then make into a coil shape.

Now, again roll it into a circle.

Heat a skillet, put the rolled paratha on it and smear some oil on both sides. Roast until it is done.
