4 servings

500 gramslarge, sweet and juicy strawberries, cut into slices
2whole mozzarella cheese ball
1 pincheach salt, sugar and fresh cracked black pepper
3 tbsprasberry vinegar or lemon juice
2 tbspbest olive oil
1/2 bunchbasil,shredded thinly

Wash strawberries cut into slices. Cut mozzarella into slices and then into 1/4 slices.Arrange on plate in layers, make a vinegarette with all other ingredients and drizzle over strawberries and mozzarella, sprinkle with a little more pepper
