Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupsilvered almonds
  • 2/3 cupricotta cheese
  • 3peaches
  • 2/3 cupplain yogurt
  • 2 tbspsugar substitute
  • 1 pinchof cinnamon

Steps

  1. 1

    toast almonds in 400°F oven until browned.

  2. 2

    In a blender mix cheese, yogurt and sugar substitute.

  3. 3

    Spoon 1/4 of peaches into parfait glasses, 2 tablespoons of cheese mixture, sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon and 1/2 tab. of almonds.

  4. 4

    Top with remaining peaches, cheese, cinnamon and almonds.
