Ingredients

  1. 2 cupGrated lauki
  2. 3 cupGehu ka mota pissa huva aata
  3. 1 tea spoonginger and garlic paste
  4. 2 tea spoonlal mirchi powder
  5. 2 tea spoondhaniya and jeera powder
  6. 1/2 tsp haldi powder
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1 tea spoonsugar
  9. 1 tea spoongaram masala
  10. 1lemon ka juice
  11. 2 table spoonOil
  12. 1 tea spoonrai
  13. 1/2 tea spoontill (sesame seeds)
  14. 1/2hari mirchi kati huyi
  15. 2 pinchhing

Steps

  1. 1

    Ek baratan me aata or grated dudhi dale

  2. 2

    Phir uper bataye huve masale, salt, lemon juice, sugar and 2/3 teaspoon oil dal ke mix karein.

    Our aata gunde fir muthiya banaye.

  4. 4

    Muthiya bana ke bhap me pakaiye chaku se chek karein chippak ta nahi he tab gas band karein.

  5. 5

    Or muthiya ko thanda hone de phir kat dijiye.

  6. 6

    Ek kadhai me oil daliye or garam hone rakhe.

  7. 7

    Garam hojaye tab rai, hing, till and green chilli ka tadaka lagaye.

  8. 8

    Ab us me kate huye muthiya dale mix karein thodi der and ne dijiye

  9. 9

    Jab thoda pak jaye to bowl me nikal ke serve karein.
