place the cans (unopened) in a big pan and cover with water

boil for 3hours (add more water if needed )

take from heat let them cold down before open
- 4
after cold open the cans
- 5
split the egg withes from the yolks
- 6
beat the egg withes until they get fluffy and double in volume
- 7
add the yolks to the condensed milk and mix well
- 8
add the withes and mix slowly and carefully ( we don't wanna lose the nice volume )
- 9
take to fridge from 4to6hours
