Ingredients

  1. 12boiled eggs
  2. 1 cantuna (water drain )
  3. 1 tbspvinegar
  4. 2 tbspolive oil
  5. 1 smallonion diced
  6. 1diced parsley (to taste)
  7. 1salt and pepper (to taste )
  8. 1egg
  9. 1 cupflour
  10. 1 tspbaking powder

20 mins
  1. 1

    boil the eggs in salty water

  2. 2

    peel them and cut them in alf

    take the yolks out

  4. 4

    mix all the ingredients with the egg yolks

  5. 5

    fill each alf of the white egg with the mix

    on the side set two bowls one with the two slightly beaten eggs another with flour mix with banking powder

  7. 7

    dip eggs in flour then in egg and in flour again

  8. 8

    fry until golden brown
