melt 125grams butter in a sauce pan and add brown sugar. stir on a low heat until combined, doesn't have to be perfect!

pour into a bowl with the peanut butter and add the crushed biscuits. mix until combined.

press the mix into a baking tray and flatten it with your hand. it's normal for it to be wet.

melt the choc chips and remaining butter in a sauce pan and pour over the mixture. spread it to cover the entire mixture and store in the fridge until set.

cut into squares and enjoy!
