  • 750 mlmilk
  • 4 clovegarlic
  • 2 tsptumeric
  • 1/2 sticklemongrass
  • 1 tspveg stock powder
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tsppepper
  • 1/2 eachchilli
  • 1 kgchicken thighs (skinless)
  • 1 tsppaprika

    cut chicken thighs into 1 inch sized pieces

  2. 2

    finely chop lemongrass, garlic and chilli. Combine with the milk, salt and remaining spices. Add the chicken and marinade covered in the fridge for 24hrs
