1/2 sticklemongrass
1 tspveg stock powder
1 tspsalt
1 tsppepper
1/2 eachchilli
1 kgchicken thighs (skinless)
1 tsppaprika

cut chicken thighs into 1 inch sized pieces

finely chop lemongrass, garlic and chilli. Combine with the milk, salt and remaining spices. Add the chicken and marinade covered in the fridge for 24hrs
