Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2salmon fillets
  2. 2 tbspbutter
  3. 1zest of 1 lemon
  4. 1 clovegarlic (minced)
  5. 1/4 tspground black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix softened butter, lemon zest, garlic, and pepper

  2. 2

    prepare a shallow baking dish, place your 2 salmon fillets, spread with butter spread, half on each fillet

    Broil about 7" from heat, Broil for 8-12mins, then turn off heat and rest for 10mins in oven, enjoy

I love being in the kitchen and My hubby and I love riding bikes! We do a lot of fundraising for the veterans homes in our area and other programs while we ride our bikes, thats part of what our group is all about, I have a couple auto immune diseases that can slow me down quite a bit, I have Lupus and Sclerderma to name some of what I suffer, but I keep going and will not stop I know I just have to, I have been married for 37 wonderful years to a great man, have 2 great boys and adore all my grandkids

just fyi i learned on Dr oz how to steam salmon in the microwave in minutes and its phenomenal!!! the same concept works with your recipe, put the butter mix on top then just add water to the dish with the salmon and cover with plastic wrap then microwave for five minutes. Soooooooooooo good, you should try it!!! :)
